Animal Factos Terms of Service
Effective date: September 17, 2026. These Terms govern the Animal Factos website and the internal tools used by Animal Factos to manage its own social-media accounts. Animal Factos is a company based in Brazil.
Service purpose
Animal Factos provides animal-related educational and entertainment content and maintains a website that directs visitors to original content and external platforms. Our internal publishing tools are used only by authorized Animal Factos personnel to prepare, upload, or publish Animal Factos content to accounts owned or controlled by Animal Factos.
Authorized social integrations
Connecting a social account, including TikTok, requires authorization by the account owner through the platform's official consent flow. Authorization may be withdrawn at any time through the platform or by disconnecting the account. We will use access tokens only for the scopes approved by the account owner and the platform.
Content and user responsibilities
Authorized users are responsible for ensuring that submitted content, captions, media, music, disclosures, privacy selections, and publication instructions comply with applicable law and the rules of each platform. Users must not submit content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or violates a platform's policies. The user must review publication settings and retain responsibility for each instruction to upload or publish.
Third-party platforms
Social platforms are independent services. Their availability, review decisions, API limits, publication behavior, content moderation, and terms are outside Animal Factos' control. We do not guarantee that a platform will accept, publish, retain, or distribute any content. Use of TikTok and other external services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Animal Factos does not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or outcomes from third-party platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animal Factos is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, integrations, or third-party services.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply. Questions, notices, account-disconnection requests, or concerns may be sent to animalfactos@proton.me. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update is subject to the revised Terms.
